Noise from the underground train remains a persistent problem despite the management team trying to resolve it. Otherwise the gym and other facilities are amazing, and overall the Quarters is an enjoyable place to stay.
A modern, generally well-maintained building, though repairs can sometimes take longer. The co-working space and gym make the rent worthwhile, especially for remote workers. Rooms are well designed for lighting, sockets and storage, though a higher bed would allow better underbed storage.
Good design with a gym and garden (though no pool), let down by frequent faulty fire alarms and weak in-room fridges that spoil food. The communal relaxing spaces and entrance are lovely.
