Raffle Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility 1.1. The raffle (the "Raffle") is open to all users who submit a rental review on PropaPlace's website ("the Website") between 15/08/2024 and 15/11/2024, inclusive. 1.2. Participants must be at least 18 years old and residents of the United Kingdom. 1.3. Employees of PropaPlace, their immediate families, and anyone else connected professionally with the Raffle are not eligible to enter. 2. How to Enter 2.1. To enter the Raffle, participants must submit a rental review on the Website during the Entry Period. 2.2. Each review must relate to a property in which the participant has lived and must include relevant information such as the address, dates of occupancy, and any other details required to verify residency. 2.3. Reviews must be submitted through a registered user account on the Website. 3. Verification of Reviews 3.1. All reviews submitted as part of the Raffle will be subject to a verification process ("Verification Process") conducted by PropaPlace. 3.2. Participants must provide proof of residency at the property reviewed. Acceptable forms of proof include but are not limited to: A copy of the tenancy agreement. Utility bills addressed to the participant at the property during the specified dates. Bank statements or other official documents showing the participant’s name and the property address during the occupancy period. 3.3. PropaPlace reserves the right to request additional documentation or information to confirm the authenticity of the review and the participant's residency. 3.4. Any review that cannot be verified to PropaPlace's satisfaction will be disqualified from the Raffle. 3.5. Reviews found to be false, misleading, or fraudulent will also result in disqualification from the Raffle and may lead to further action by PropaPlace. 4. Selection of Winner 4.1. The winner of the Raffle will be chosen at random from all verified reviews submitted during the Entry Period. 4.2. The draw will take place on or around 15/11/2024. 4.3. The winner will be notified by email within 30 days of the draw and will have 14 days to respond and claim the prize. 4.4. If the winner does not respond within the specified time or is otherwise ineligible, a new winner will be selected. 5. The Prize 5.1. The prize for the Raffle is £100 GBP. 5.2. The prize is non-transferable and no alternatives or cash substitutes will be offered. 5.3. The prize will be delivered to the winner by Bank Transfer, within 14 days of the winner's confirmation. 6. Data Protection 6.1. Personal data provided by participants during the Verification Process will be handled in accordance with PropaPlace’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. 6.2. By entering the Raffle, participants consent to the use of their personal data for the purposes of administering the Raffle. 7. General 7.1. PropaPlace reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Raffle in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical issues. 7.2. PropaPlace's decision regarding any aspect of the Raffle, including but not limited to eligibility and verification, is final and binding. 7.3. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
