The interior is beautiful with a bright, modern lobby, snack bar and parcel pickup box, and the location is convenient for the Jubilee, DLR and Elizabeth lines. Most management staff are friendly and helpful, though service is inconsistent. The trash chute keeps breaking, sometimes leaving rubbish in the hallway.
