The landlords were kind, responsive, helpful, and efficient, keeping a lovely, well-maintained property that caused no problems. When removals staff caused minor paintwork damage on move-out, they deducted only the exact repair cost. Highly recommended.

Though the wife owns the house, the husband manages everything and seizes any chance to extract money. The rent was raised by over 25%, accompanied by a threat of an eviction letter unless the tenant agreed within 24 hours.
