Great property and landlord
I lived here during my final year in university and loved this house! The location was only a short walk to shops and campus and always felt safe. The kitchen and living area was modern and a good size, although the narrow kitchen did not allow for more than 2 people to cook at one time. All of the bedrooms were a good size and the bathrooms modern and clean. It also had some outdoor space which a couple houses on the street could access. Only downside was it sometimes felt and smelt damp towards the back of the house.
