After a deposit was paid on a Hampstead house, the landlord repeatedly changed terms, demanding no break clause, higher payments and 12 months upfront. Despite the tenants agreeing and signing, the property was kept on the market and let to a higher offer behind their backs. Branded dishonest and unprofessional.
