Always friendly with great communication, the landlord came promptly to solve any issues in the house and ensured everything was working properly.
Landlord Brian Parry (renting via Hall Sporting Limited) accused of scamming students, spending little on upkeep and gaslighting tenants, who were left with no wifi for a month during the pandemic. He reportedly refused to travel for serious repairs, entered without notice or a mask, and threatened unfair charges. Tenants advised to keep an inventory and photos.
