The agent failed to pay contract-included bills, leaving water and council-tax demands in the tenant's name for five months until it hit their credit file. They invented charges (a baseless 'puppy fine') and, despite advertising professionals-only, housed disruptive tenants — making it unsuitable for a working person.
Tenasure Properties (linked to First District and Smartlodge, run by Gabriel Okuyemi) is accused of being a pyramid-scheme fraud: unlawful repair charges, contracts altered after digital signing, and deposits never registered with any protection scheme at Jason Walk SE9. Tenants were trapped by a two-month notice clause forcing double rent, and the firm used fake websites and phone numbers.
