Describes landlord Yusef Hajat as a scammer who refused repairs, watched tenants clean and was intimidating and controlling. He illegally made tenants liable for all repairs, kept the deposit out of a DPS scheme, and had Dimension Estates bully and threaten the tenant. Not recommended.
