The property had excellent bedroom and house features, making it comfortable and convenient for studying. However, the landlord was slow to respond to maintenance issues. The value for money was fair considering the amenities provided. The location was ideal for students with easy access to campus and local amenities. Overall, a decent option for student accommodation.
