Oakmans estate agents dealt with all the maintenance issues for the property. They were responsive for some of the issues, fixing them within a week. However one that stood out was when my housemate lost his house key, and it took 6 months to replace leaving him without one for a majority of the year. Good location in Selly Oak, 10 min walk from Aldi, 15 min walk from Uni. The living room was small, the property had 7 bedrooms, but the estate agent let it to us as a 6 person house, even then the living rooms was too small. The rooms were an ok size, the 2 top floor bedrooms were a good size.
