Her story changed repeatedly, builders arrived without notice, and manager Mia sent near-harassing daily messages. She paid them to leave, then re-let the divided flats.
A landlord asked tenants to leave within five weeks of a year contract and was letting flats illegally without the required HMO licence. She reneged on written agreements, played flatmates off against each other, withheld deposit money and failed to protect the deposit. Advised to avoid.
