Landlord Sadida Trozic is described as extremely rude and the worst landlord encountered in London, keeping her items in the storage cupboards, being generally unhelpful, and insulting tenants during an inspection. At the tenancy's end she sought large deposit deductions for minor wear and tear. Not recommended.
38 Brackley Road seemed nice with decent furniture but suffered a serious lack of space and almost no storage, barely suitable for two people. It was very cold in winter due to no double glazing, with very expensive bills.
