The agency is extremely hard to reach and rarely returns calls or emails. Despite an initial meeting and over ten emails, repairs went unaddressed beyond a single contractor quote. The tenants live with no lights, exposed wires, a broken extractor fan, non-working shower, missing handles, broken gate and TV antenna, and an uncleaned property.
