The building feels like student accommodation for young professionals and went downhill under terrible new management, with constantly broken washing machines and lifts. Hyelm became intrusive, monitoring a tenant's partner visits over weeks, enforcing visitor rules, and installing pervasive CCTV with staff reportedly watching residents. Future renters are warned.
