Used to rent here· 6y ago
Falsely advertised as live-out, the landlord is actually live-in and rarely leaves. He treats licensees with contempt, threatens court over late rent, forces silence after his 8-9pm bedtime, and keeps no deposit protection scheme, enabling arbitrary deductions and a tense atmosphere.
Landlord was often abrupt bordering aggressive via whatsapp.
Used to rent here· 6y ago
A landlord who was often abrupt to the point of aggression over WhatsApp, with poor communication and a climate of fear around noise. He claimed to be live-out but was not, and made undiscussed deposit deductions on exit. Among the worst places the tenant has lived.
