Move-in brought many problems taking six weeks-plus: broken kitchen extractor and lights, leaking rusted taps and radiator, missing extractor fans, broken curtains, and a substandard 'professional' clean leaving filth. The building has thin walls, single glazing, connecting vents and noisy students on non-permitted wooden floors, and kitchen leaks now grow mushrooms.
