I lived in here in 2019 for a year as part of a group of 9. The property has a great location only a few minutes from campus and the road always felt safe. The common living area felt spacious although the kitchen size is built for around 5 people max so could get pretty crowded, and some bedrooms were much bigger than others. The inside was fairly dated and dark, would be a really nice space if renovated. The garden was nice and perfect for summer.
