A very well-built Vertus development with quality materials and finishings, good maintenance, and a friendly concierge. The building manager can be rude and entitled, with dorm-like rules and notices. Overall an enjoyable stay with a strong community and lasting friendships.

Add your review to unlockThe modern building is seen as soulless, with interior design favouring looks over practicality, limited communal workspace, and a TV lacking the advertised BT Sport. The on-site front desk staff are excellent and the best part of living there. Property manager CWG was the worst aspect: inconsistent onboarding and an unresponsive, unfriendly letting team.
The unit far exceeded its photos — tastefully furnished and high-tech — with management arranging a short-notice check-in. Helpful concierge, app-tracked parcels, free coffee and an in-building Amazon Fresh round out an excellent experience.
