The building manager can be rude and entitled, with dorm-like rules and notices. Overall an enjoyable stay with a strong community and lasting friendships.
The modern building is seen as soulless, with interior design favouring looks over practicality, limited communal workspace, and a TV lacking the advertised BT Sport. The on-site front desk staff are excellent and the best part of living there. Property manager CWG was the worst aspect: inconsistent onboarding and an unresponsive, unfriendly letting team.
