The property had great features like gas central heating and a washing machine, but the open-plan living layout made it feel cramped. The landlord was responsive to issues but could be slow in addressing them. The value for money was decent considering the amenities provided. The location was convenient for the university but a bit far from the city centre. Overall, a decent place to live.
