A lovely building with many facilities, including a spacious gym and a pool with a phenomenal Canary Wharf view, plus a large community at Ark making it easy to meet people. It gets very noisy from disruptive short-stay guests, and rooms feel too small for the price, with no space for a work desk.
The building itself is nice with good facilities like a gym and pool, but management fails to keep it up to date and clean. The focus is on short-term rentals over long-term residents, for example heating the pool only on weekends.
The building's design, colour scheme and use of space are thoughtfully done, the reception team is fantastic, and there are plenty of facilities. However, the walls are thin, there is no air conditioning, and the sauna rarely reaches a proper temperature. Quiet spaces and better kitchen ventilation would help.
A modern, stylish development with great accessibility and transport links. The energy-efficient, well-designed home had only a few snags, which were resolved. The tenant is very pleased with the decision to move here.
