The Pinnacle offers great-looking, quiet one-bed apartments with mod cons like coffee machines, underfloor heating, and excellent air con, rented seamlessly through helpful Martin & Co, with a helpful concierge, clean communal areas, and an onsite pub, Tesco, and small gym. Drawbacks include no nearby tube station, awkward design quirks like a high toilet and no kitchen plug sockets, apartments overlooking each other, and rooms that get very warm with much heat lost in winter through the glass.
