The flat has very poor ventilation, with fitted carpets throughout including communal areas causing a massive moth infestation, plus a mice infestation. There are gaps and holes in the bathroom, poor-quality build materials, and wall cracks and damage in every room.

Building management is great, with cleaners working around the clock keeping it always clean, and property management is easy to reach. Staff can be rude at times, but overall it is really good with no major issues over a year.
The development is great, with a well-maintained spa and landscaping, friendly residents and a good community atmosphere. However, despite the nearby police station, there have been security issues including theft of bicycles and packages.
The development looks presentable and cosy. However, the intercom and entry gate break down frequently, allowing non-residents to park easily and causing problems for actual residents.
Happy sharing a two-bed; the main gripe is a hot-water timer that's awkward for shift workers and costly if left on. The separate washing-machine cupboard is a plus.
