A clean, bright, well-run building with a basic gym, quiet well-lit lounge good for working, a pool, shared kitchen, co-working nook and smart-access system for guests and deliveries. Friendly management usually resolves minor issues within a day or two.
The swimming pool in the west building is closed, and a sauna and steam room are wanted. A recent water outage left the west building without water for two days.
The development has the amenities needed, with a standout kids' playroom and a courtyard with a slide to keep children occupied nearby. There is also the convenience of a downstairs space for remote working.
