The development's overall design is nice but it lacks facilities such as the gym, cafe or coffee shop common in most new developments. The green area also needs improvement, and management is poor.
The apartments contain good quality fittings but shared facilities are poor, especially hot water and security gates. Slow management has left ongoing gate problems; two bikes were stolen from supposedly secure storage, the broken intercom forces residents downstairs for deliveries, and doors are awkward or won't close.
The apartment is spacious, attractive, well designed and good quality, and was the deciding reason to live there. There were some heating problems, but building management resolved them very swiftly.
