A nice, modern, well-designed building in a central location. It can feel crowded and chaotic at times, though the reviewer had no real problems.

A nicely designed, quiet flat with good-sized rooms, a pleasant view, and a well-maintained garden; very warm in summer but great for winter. Neighbours are inaudible and outside noise from children is limited by building rules. The concierge is helpful and the building feels safe.
