The estate manager is brand new and unproven, but the concierges go out of their way to help residents in various situations. The buildings appear solid and made of quality materials.
Beautiful design and amenities, with the building always kept tidy even when residents break protocol. Management is strong and helpful, quick to send correspondence ensuring residents respect the shared facilities.
A great-quality development completed on time, with lovely landscapes and huge, well-kept gardens. The whole management team works tirelessly to help residents.
A pleasant, safe family area with great balconies, a free gym, and green space, kept generally well. Low noise is a plus. There is currently an unresolved leak, but the place is recommended overall.
Excellent concierge and an amazing gym, with stunning open space and extremely neat, clean, well-maintained common areas. Everything feels thoughtfully designed, making the experience seamless and comfortable.
A new, modern, expanding development with underground parking, gym, sauna and steam room. The only downside is the lack of a swimming pool/spa offered by other local developments. Property management is responsive, fixing problems quickly and notifying residents by email.
Mostly clean and tidy, but lifts don't always work and parking is extremely limited, with Barnet not allowing resident permits on the private roads. Gym access is restricted to some residents, and the communal Switch2 heating and hot water are extremely overpriced.
