Coppermaker Square has been fantastic, with modern, stylish apartments and shared spaces, and a quiet, light-filled flat. Facilities are impressive, including a high-quality gym, co-working spaces, lounges and luxurious rooftop areas. The standout is community, with management-organised social events, plus a friendly all-hours concierge and quick, professional maintenance.
A well-maintained building with excellent amenities, including a gym, pool and lounge, all kept clean and in great condition. The management team is responsive and the staff friendly and helpful, clearly caring about residents. Highly recommended.
A very positive review praising the great location and development. The only downside is that the property is becoming very full, with the new buildings, gym, third floor and events all getting busier lately, though it remains a great place to live.
A modern, practical property with clean, well-maintained, accessible facilities. Building and property management are efficient and reliable, addressing concerns promptly and keeping common areas in good order, creating a comfortable, hassle-free living experience.
The gym and pool facilities were the main selling point, with the gym better than many chain gyms and far less crowded so equipment is always free. The co-working floor is a serious plus for someone working from home.
Brand-new, well-designed building let down only by limited wardrobe space. The team is highly responsive and the amenities — especially the spacious new gym — exceed expectations.
The development is modern yet homely, with facilities considered unmatched for the location and price point. The only slight issue is the size of the working floor and the number of meeting and confidential rooms. Building management are efficient and helpful.
