Design facilities are first class, and the cafe offers an excellent selection of beverages. The events Dolphin Square hosts bring residents together and provide a chance to meet others within the complex.
Great facilities and co-working space, with excellent, attentive lettings service that helped secure the flat and followed up afterwards.
A former Duncan House resident loves the building even more now, praising the design and quality of the new flats. The development feels well-managed, quiet and safe. The only negative is unresolved shower water temperature issues that maintenance hasn't fixed after over a week.
Dolphin Square offers many on-site facilities, including a shopping arcade, relaxing garden spots and constant maintenance, so residents need not leave. The cleaning service is felt to be expensive for a student, costing a lot for just an hour.
