Paul in maintenance was also excellent, fixing several issues within minutes of being raised.
A well-kept building with communal areas in top condition and abundant facilities. Building and property management are professional, kind, and quick to respond to queries and maintenance. Staff member Maria has been especially helpful and pleasant.
E16 (Fizzy) offers lovely layouts, considered design, helpful staff, pet-friendliness, and good sound insulation between flats. The tube right outside is noisy with windows open, and flats run warm. Some tenants disrespect the building by smoking through vents and leaving rubbish and dog faeces, though the team works hard to address issues.
A cosy, great-looking building that stood out at the viewing. Common areas, including a yoga studio, are clean and comfortable. There is a huge bike parking space and a large parcel point where each parcel sits in a separate box accessible only to its recipient.
