Building management ignores complaints in a luxury-priced Lewisham block offering no value: parcels stolen, malfunctioning slow lifts smelling of wet towels, filthy bin store, urine-smelling terrace, an empty lobby fridge, and an out-of-order security number. Hot water failed for days, an absent concierge mishandled parcels, and the bathroom tap took six months to fix.

Fizzy met the hard-to-find criteria of being new, pet-friendly, and convenient for commuting to work. There have been some issues over the past year, but Fizzy has been extremely transparent and responsive about them.
A great location with a dog-friendly community, but long-term issues like a broken lift, no hot water, lengthy maintenance waits, and poor sound proofing for a new building. The Fizzy team is helpful and polite in person and hosts seasonal events, though email and phone responsiveness needs improvement.
Flats have great design and quality. The onsite concierge goes above and beyond for every request, and communal areas are cleaned every day.
