A well-built development with good design, finishes and right-sized flats, a well-equipped kitchen, useful bathroom and bike storage, and cosy underfloor heating. Building manager Emelie does a great job resolving issues quickly and organises resident parties. Four years with no complaints; a great experience throughout.
A very positive experience as a Fizzy tenant from application to key return, with always-available property managers (Laura and Oceane). The well-maintained flat has lovely floor-to-ceiling windows and good fitted storage. The check-out was smooth with fair wear-and-tear treatment and a full deposit returned; highly recommended.
A modern, eco-friendly building with prized underfloor heating, bright and well-maintained communal areas, and a light, airy flat with lots of storage. The Fizzy point-of-contact keeps residents updated and resolves issues quickly, making it a great place to live.
Very good build quality with strong insulation and double glazing, though the bathrooms show some deficiencies after only a couple of years and the rental furniture is due replacement.
