A largely positive experience at Fizzy Walthamstow, with modern appealing design, well-maintained communal areas and a great co-working space fostering community. Building management responds promptly to maintenance, and property management by Fizzy Living offers clear communication and a straightforward tenancy process.
Building management is terrible, with the lift broken for weeks and no urgency to repair it. Walking up and down seven flights of stairs daily is very inconvenient.
Stunning, spacious apartments with fabulous balconies, lots of space and included washer and dishwasher. Property management Jason and Anu communicate well and deal with any problem immediately. Fizzy's directly managed approach, with no chasing of landlords or letting agents, is a game changer.
Marketed as dog friendly, but while the building allows dogs the complex bans them off-lead or on the grass. Promised nearby parks are absent, the nearest dog park a 20-plus-minute walk away and often overrun, frustrating owners who resort to the small children's play area.
A spacious two-bed flat with two bathrooms, warm in winter, with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a valued dishwasher, plus friendly neighbours and a very quiet block. The main drawback is adjacent construction causing noise and builders overlooking the flat from morning until dark. The rent is high but considered worth it.
