The landlord ignored reported mould and a bathroom leak into the downstairs flat for the full three-year tenancy, causing furniture to rot. He never attended, provided no Gas Safety certificates or inspections, and his new agents illegally let workmen in without notice. He grudgingly paid only £150; strongly advised to avoid.
