Overall a good place to live but with scope for improvement
Used to rent here· 2y ago
After almost five years the buildings show good build quality with no issues, good-sized apartments, a downstairs garden for children and a very nice concierge team. Negatives are a poor property management company that gives residents little say, and noise from several nearby train tracks.
Good development, slow management
Used to rent here· 6y ago
A very nice courtyard, good residents' gym, professional concierge and well-designed flats. However management charges are rising rapidly and responses to flat and communal issues are slow, with a hallway leak unfixed for seven months. Heating is supplied by an unregulated monopoly, Insite/Switch 2, that keeps raising prices.
