The development is very well cared for, with only rare heating and hot water disruptions, reportedly less frequent than elsewhere. The concierge service is an excellent feature, with receptionists consistently nice and kind over many years. Recommended to renters who can afford the rent.

A brilliant development with a furnished, beautifully laid-out, top-quality apartment that arrived straight out of the box. The space is adequate and well designed. Amenities include a terrace garden, a gym, and a library with free WiFi for residents.
A lovely new build with nice, spacious apartments and pleasant outdoor garden space. The reception area is nice, with a good quiet lounge for reading or working and a cafe at the entrance.
