The development is very well cared for, with only rare heating and hot water disruptions, reportedly less frequent than elsewhere. The concierge service is an excellent feature, with receptionists consistently nice and kind over many years. Recommended to renters who can afford the rent.

The design is nice but interior quality is average, with wallpaper already lifting and walls scratched soon after painting. Underfloor heating is rendered useless by carpeted bedrooms of debatable quality. Building management is inconsistent and cleaning is unsatisfactory, with the gym not deep-cleaned.

A brilliant development with a furnished, beautifully laid-out, top-quality apartment that arrived straight out of the box. The space is adequate and well designed. Amenities include a terrace garden, a gym, and a library with free WiFi for residents.
