Nice blocks of flats with added benefit of outdoor and communal spaces
Used to rent here· 5y ago
A well-designed development across four smaller blocks, all flats having outside space, solar panels and shared allotments, with a nice resident mix. Interiors are well made with little sound bleed, though flats lack the fan oven and dishwashers initially marketed. Snags were fixed reasonably by builders Skillcrown; Clarion management is decent but sometimes hard to reach.
Fortescue Road Development Review

Clarion's customer service for tenants is poor, with many non-communicating departments leaving the resident passed around and left on hold. Reaching the New Build Aftercare team took ages; while covid reduced staffing, a property owner expects a response.
