Rain comes in through the main balcony door despite several repair attempts. The nearby DLR station is convenient but noisy. The 10th-floor balconies are described as horrible, with rain coming in, wind, and no smoking, making them unusable.

The commercial space has sat empty for two years and property management is poor. Communal areas are dirty, with stained concierge carpet for months, grimy bin stores and car park, and litter throughout. Constantly changing concierge and costly temporary agency staff reflect poor upkeep.
The design is described as ordinary mainstream residential architecture but satisfactory. Access to Leeward House is poorly thought out, and 2-bed flats are served only by stairs. Delivery drivers consistently fail to find the apartment, requiring collection at the entrance through a maze-like layout.
A smaller development of only 11 floors with fewer properties than expected. Properties have large windows in every room and are well finished with ample space and high-specification bathrooms and kitchens. A concierge adds security and accepts post, with a secure cycle store on the lower level.
Kitchen appliances are high-quality SMEG brand, and underfloor heating replaces a traditional radiator. A concierge can help with any flat-related issue, and the bedroom includes a spacious fitted sliding wardrobe that eases storage worries.
