Very disappointed with Barratt Homes, especially the sales team, who gave incorrect information and rushed the purchase. Requests over two years were ignored and the sales manager never returned numerous calls. Service quality dropped sharply after exchange; advises getting every detail in writing and not trusting the sales team.

Customer service is clearly a priority. Facilities such as the gym are appreciated and well maintained.
The 17th-floor flat is spacious with a nice balcony view, but parking was only offered to penthouse residents, which feels unfair, and guest parking is a big issue. The gym is enjoyable and the concierge great, though stretched across added buildings. The rough area needs upgraded security, as the lovely playground gets trashed by teenagers.
The area has great facilities including a gym and supermarket, strong transport links, and feels very safe with no crime witnessed. The house is spacious and comfortable, but hot water is inconsistent and building management is slow to fix it.
