The design is beautiful and accessible, but storage is extremely lacking with just one cupboard. Walls block phone signal entirely, preventing calls or emergency contact except via WiFi calling. Concierge staff are very friendly and helpful.
The neighbourhood's greenery, its integration with the blocks, and proximity to swans and ducks are much loved. The only complaint is the balcony design, which invites pigeons to nest and creates a nuisance.
