Add your review to unlockThe flats are clean, new, spacious, and fully functional, but L&Q management spoils the experience. The rent agreement process is a faff, they are near impossible to reach, and the property manager ignores emails. At £1,750 for a two-bed it lacks value.
The apartments are beautiful and affordable. Over three years L&Q tried a substantial rent rise while advertising the flat above for less; services are good but slow to fix breakages, with an ongoing dishwasher and hot-water issue. The area will be lovely once development finishes.
The apartment offers plenty of storage, an amazing view, two outside spaces and triple-glazed insulation, with a refreshing minimalist design. The building is generally well managed, though some residents litter communal areas like the roof terrace and corridors. The outdoor facilities, including playgrounds and fitness equipment, are a big plus.
