The biggest issue is near non-existent property management: broken door entry systems and gates left this gated community insecure for most of 16 months, causing bike theft, intruders and residents locked in or out.
The only issue is that the main gate is always broken, allowing anyone, including bike thieves, to enter the premises. Despite people being sent to fix it, the gate repeatedly breaks again soon after.
