The shared-ownership L&Q flat has generous, high-ceilinged rooms with plenty of storage, but cheap finishes and white goods and no bathroom storage. L&Q retrospectively introduced a 'poor door' system blocking shared owners from amenities and the courtyard, allegedly breaching the lease, and changed managers, causing large service-charge rises. The incompetent new manager lacks people skills and blames residents.
