Overall a loved home in a great location, with a warm, generously sized flat. The main letdown is housing association NHG's poor customer service and slow response times, compounded by builder errors during construction that left some neighbours needing fixes.

It would be better if gated rather than used as a thoroughfare, but the atmosphere is calm and peaceful, neighbours are lovely, and the train line is not much of an issue.
The development is good but private areas could use more trees and natural landscaping, the archways remain unrented, and a grey wall could use art. Developers left many unresolved snags, including doors that lock people inside rooms and broken balcony slabs, with slow replies and a feeling of low priority.
