Well-built properties with varied facades and nicely landscaped gardens, and buildings that are not too high. It would be better if gated rather than used as a thoroughfare, but the atmosphere is calm and peaceful, neighbours are lovely, and the train line is not much of an issue.

The development is good but private areas could use more trees and natural landscaping, the archways remain unrented, and a grey wall could use art. Developers left many unresolved snags, including doors that lock people inside rooms and broken balcony slabs, with slow replies and a feeling of low priority.
