Staff members Nick and Darek are thoughtful and helpful, and the management team has turned around the once-underwhelming building with new lobby furniture, repainting, and consistent cleaning, plus prompt action on issues.
The facilities are great and the design beautiful, with a helpful, responsive property manager and a nice, helpful concierge team that sometimes struggles to locate parcels. However, the building is not cleaned as often or thoroughly as it should be.
