Good building and property management with a helpful concierge. Buildings could be better sign-posted as delivery drivers struggle to find them. A major complaint is the forced use of unregulated supplier Insite Energy, which has put all tenants into debt without prior warning.

The small access road can cause congestion when waste lorries block it, but it leaves the central area car-free, peaceful, and quiet.
A great building with an onsite gym and 24-hour concierge. Gardens are well maintained and communal areas very clean. The management company adapted well to social distancing during Covid. Highly recommended.
The flats are well laid out with good build quality and good management, though the Smeg appliances are unreliable and costly to maintain. The main issue is the courtyard being open to non-residents, a minority of whom trash it, leaving residents to fund repairs.
