A modern, stylish development with a central walkway and wildflower gardens along the new village avenue. It has a private gym and friendly 24-hour concierge and security. Property management is good, though once-weekly waste collection causes ongoing build-up, possibly a council issue.
A very nice building with good building and property management, good facilities, helpful concierge and a clean, beautiful, well-designed area. The main drawbacks are the location and supermarkets being far away.
